Unlike most Single Malts which are finished in Sherry Casks, this whiskey is aged full term in ex-Sherry casks. It is made up of casks that previously held three different types of Sherry, each known for its quality and for its distinct character: Oloroso Sherry, Fino Sherry and Pedro Ximenez Sherry. Together, these combine to provide a rich, sweet and unctuous profile with a combination of tropical fruits, candied hazelnuts, walnut, cocoa and a decadent, rich sweetness.
